Great goth gift for my professor girlfriend!
This is the perfect goth gift for women. Edgar Allen poe is a great poet my girlfriend and I love the dark romantic emotion evoked in his writing and this vase embodies that perfectly! She is a professor of biology and anatomy so this will be a great addition to her office collection of anatomical art! I really made points with her with the beautiful vase at a great price! The attention to detail is amazing. I happy that she was able to put flowers and water in the vase! It’s waterproof!

Unique but average quality
I got this vase thinking it would be an unusual statement piece. While the subject matter is indeed unusual and eclectic, the the piece itself is underwhelming. The finish is faux antiqued, a matte finish with a darker wash over the details. It has the look of a knickknack from a home goods store. It says it includes floral foam, and it does, indeed, but it is very cheap and crumbly and jammed in so tightly I would have to cut it apart and crush it to remove it. It isn’t a bad vase, but I was expecting to be wowed and it just wasn’t as spectacular as I thought. It will make a nice conversation piece on my desk at work though.

It is made so much better than I thought it would be. I actually repainted it and touched up the heart a little bit because it was a birthday gift for my best friend and the color white did not fit the decor so but other than that, I would buy this again and again.
