    Great gag gift! Or just great if you want to troll the office!

    I bought this for the office. Just because I don’t care of people’s opinions! I walked around all morning with this coffee mug. So many head shakes. Heh, heh. The strip of toilet paper I taped off the side got the reactions I wanted to see! Though, by 10am, it was a bit heavy in the hand.

    Received one was broken. I know this happens but product if fragile. Will be a good gag gift but definitely not useable. Will be sending Brilon one back. Company did replace the broken item which is a plus and I will tell others how good company was to work with

    Better than expected

    Purchased fifteen ‘toilet’ coffee mugs as gifts for cast members working on a play that featured a bathroom remodel. The order came super fast (two days, including a Sunday), well packed, in perfect condition. The mugs themselves very nice quality: ceramic, not cheap plastic, with a nice size and heft, perfect for a gift. Maybe not so good for drinking from as the bowl is large, but perfect as a desk accessory or candy dish. And they’re funny!

    By far the ‘crappiest’ mug I own

    I took this to my school cafe for them to put my latte in. The reactions were priceless. The color matches the ceramic perfectly just like when I eat sugar free gummies and let the gastro-intestinal radioactive explosions out. 10/10 would buy again.

    Looks cool, but it stating to crack after a few uses.

    Its has these weird lines on the inside now, like its slowly cracking. Just the heat of the coffee did this, I never placed the mug in the dishwasher… I’m slowly waiting for it to disintegrate for now. Its fun looking, but wont last.

    This was a gag joke gift and received its intended laughs when the gift was opened. But I don’t really see it being used for its intended purpose because it’s kinda large and bulky and awkward to hold. It pretty much has been unused since we got it a year or so ago.

    Too Small to Poop in!!

    Hello, I was looking online for a portable toilet to take on a camping trip with me. This one is WAY too small!!! Please forgive me for not giving all the details, but suffice it to say that after multiple (disastrous) attempts, I finally had to give up. Besides being hard to aim into the tiny rim, you get so much “splash” that you have to jump into the closest stream as soon as you’re done to clean off. But here’s the worst part (take my word for it): The actual volume that can be contained in the bowl is very small. I mean, if you are a tiny baby or a lady on a diet of lettuce this is the perfect size, but I am a man that eats potatoes and steak on campouts! A note to the Manufacturer: PLEASE MAKE A BIGGER SIZE!! I had to use three for one bowel movement (and you can imagine the talent involved to pull that off).

    I got this for my care giver.For her birthday and Christmas in December. When she comes over she bring her dog daisy over. I got daisy a toilet water bowl. When I open the package saw this mug. I couldn’t believe my eyes. The mug has big bowl for drinking. I really think my care giver is going to like it. It will make a very good gag gift. Would I by another? Yes I would.

    This is hilarious and since I’m a plumber it makes it even funnier. Especially considering some clogged toilets actually look like a cup of coffee. Made in China and hand wash only, however, probably means I’m drinking poison. LOL. Sometimes it does dribble around the edges of your mouth if you’re not careful but still an awesome coffee mug

    As funny and easy to hold as an actual toilet

    As a person who finds toilets hilarious, I was very excited about this mug. Unfortunately, it is very uncomfortable to hold, barely permitting four fingers to fit through the handle (see picture). Maybe I should be taking a hint that this product was designed for tiny child hands.BigMouth Inc. makes this big deal on the mug’s Amazon product page warning people about knockoff toilet mugs, but their mug is so unwieldy that I’m already browsing for something I can actually use for crazy stuff like drinking fluids. You know, a simple function that 100% of the mugs I’d used up until now were perfectly capable of facilitating.To reliably keep the mug from tipping in my hand, I have to hold it with three fingers in the handle and my thumb on top of the tank or just by the tank alone, ignoring the handle. Amusing as this is, a mug you can barely hold is merely decorative.So, since this product does look like a toilet and clearly has top-notch decorative value, I’m giving it three stars instead of one.

    I purchased two of these mugs for a couple, I opened both of them up to check to make sure they were not chipped and also to fill the toilet bowls (one with mini chocolate chips and the other with big chocolate chips). I had read some of the reviews before purchasing and there were some complains about chipped paint, bad gloss, etc so I had to make sure they were ok before gifting. The toilet mugs are quite large, they each fit one (16oz) bag of chocolate chips each which surprised me. The black paint around the toilet bowl rim is not perfect, but it does say “hand painted” in the description so I wasnt exactly expecting perfection on it. The two I received were in good condition, no chips anywhere, gloss was smooth, they were nice and gave me a good chuckle when I opened them up. The only thing I docked the one star for was the color.. the color in the images is a pure white, whereas the actual toilet mugs are a little more beige in color.. I wouldnt say yellow and its not exactly beige either, its more just an off white. I didnt think it was a big deal, just not exactly as shown in image. Friends loved the mugs, and everyone got a good laugh! Also shipping was super fast, I received it pretty much the next day after I ordered, and used the Amazon free super saver shipping. Awesome!

    Our landlords offered to replace our commode in our house rental and much to our delite they picked a great “Gerber” brand that we have had at another home. My husband liked his own joke telling them that we needed a new Gerber since we had to leave the previous one “behind” when we had to move!After the installation we got to thinking about what would be a good thankyou gift since they really went overboard to provide us with a great commode and completelty updated our bathroom.I looked online thinking if I could find anything that we could plant a small gerber plant in it would be a funny and yet thougtful gift.I looked on Amazon and sure enough they had this cute MUG that was perfect. I got it in perfect condition, wrapped well and delivered in two days as promised.We bought a 2″ Bloomed gerber plant and potted it in the “commode” or drinking mug. It was so cute and clever and it was greatly appreciated. OUr landlords just loved it and I am sure they never got such a clever and appropriate thankyou gift.We decided to buy another mug for us to put in our own Bath onto of our commode… Love plants and this will be just perfect!!!I read all the other reviews and was only shocked that anyone would think this was a genuine “drinking mug”… its a thick rimmed and well made mug for a gag or other idea.

    Best if hand-washed

    It’s durable enough to be machine-washed but has a hollow base with a hole in the middle, so water gets caught and is a pain to drain. There’s no room to hold the bowl cozily with your hand inside the handle, even with my little child-sized hands. Gotta have a grip on it.

    Bigger then a Mug, Smaller than a bowl

    Its a nice Mug, great novelty item, Not great for everyday use, I wish it was white like pictured that would set off the brown from the coffee better but it comes in more of a off white yellow color.I have used it for both coffee and Beef Stew (which looks down right nasty in it ill try to upload a pick) It is functional for both but is a bit small for a bowl and a bit large for a coffee mug. Let me explain it has a very wide but shallow bowl so its holding about the right amount of fluid ounces i would like in a coffee mug however because the design it cools much faster making you wish it was smaller so you could drink quicker, also this makes it incredibly easy to spill if bumped. Its hard to hold for big hands like mine and probably most people who would enjoy and buy this product for themselves.So my review sounds pretty bad but i gave it a 4 out of 5 why? because I’m drinking my coffee out of a toilet! its fun.

    I Aprove of this Toilet!

    I bought this coffee mug for my sister who enjoys a cup of coffee every other day. And I came across a bunch of funny mugs but this one Looks like a toilet! I told my sister i was going to get her a coffee mug and she was so excited but she NEVER expected this which i think its the bets part of a gag gift. Over all she liked it even thought at first she found it kinda “disgusting” drinking out of a toilet mug lol But about the cup.If you enjoy coffee every other day or you have a collection going on i thing this would be a good one to get. I’m no Expert on mugs but this one looks well made. I saw a comment that said it wasn’t durable. My opinion is you make it durable. If its something you like you take care of it. As soon as someone drinks out of it we dry it and set it up were it belongs we don’t leave it to dry with the other dishes. And i think that is the solution to Unique mugs like this. So i say it was worth the buy! I think now I’m going to collect mugs!

    Great white elephant gift

    Initially bought 2. Like other reviews one turned out good but the other had some small cracks on the inside of the cup. Had them replace the cracked one and the new one came out fine, so ended up being 2/3 were good. I guess it just comes down to hit or miss if your cup will come out broken or not, so just keep in mind when purchasing.Visually it’s a really funny gift to give or get though. I think it’s a great white elephant gift to give since it’s something that is funny and can be used everyday but something that you normally wouldn’t buy for yourself.The only other small negative thing I have to say about the cup other than the chance it arrives broken or not, is that the handle is a little on the small side. I don’t have the biggest hands and yet trying the wrap 4 fingers around the handle and it’s a little cramped. With that in mind, if you have big hands then you’re only going to be able to get 3 fingers around the handle, which may not be comfortable for you.

    Doesn’t hold up to hot coffee for even a week

    There is a hairline crack developing in the bowl of the cup, the line darkens. If you run your thumbnail across it you feel the crack. I returned one of them and took a chance trying my second one. It shows in some pics what appears to be a hot coffee. This was not only preheated with hot tap water, I submerged the entire mug to the top un the sink while I got the coffee maker ready every time. The first time I only preheated the area the coffee goes in with hot tap water. That had about 30 cracks the next time I used it. So it appears this is just a show item to put luke warm coffee in.I have 2 new ones left. I intend to keep using this one for hot coffee knowing that once you’ve had 3 sips your looking at cracks.

    Unforgettable gift

    We gave these as gifts for directors of a college production of Urinetown. As the Assistant director was giving her thank you speech in front of our closing night audience, she dropped her mug and it shattered. It was an absolutely perfect moment. The other 2 mugs were not dropped and did not shatter. Great gift.
